AVAILABLE VACANCY
We are recruiting an Environmental Consultant for our Environmental Team. Based in our Meath office the ideal candidate will be an experienced environmental / planning professional, looking to further his / her career and gain invaluable experience in a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy within a friendly working environment. This is a permanent role and offers the successful candidate opportunities for career development.
THE CANDIDATE WILL
- Have previous experience in an environmental consultancy area, preferably in environmental assessment and the statutory consent process.
- Chartered membership with a relevant professional body would be an advantage.
- Proven team player.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, excellent report writing skills.
- Knowledge of the Irish planning system, EIA and AA legislation and relevant case law.
- Ideally have experience in some or all of the following areas: data collection and interpretation, scoping and preparation of EIS documentation, IPPC / Industrial Emission licence applications, Environmental auditing, Risk assessment. Environmental due diligence assessment and knowledge of quarrying and landfilling.
